  • September 2015: Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Gabon to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland with residence in London. Permanent Representative to the International Maritime Organization(IMO. Non-resident Ambassador to Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Ireland.

  • September 2011-2015: Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Gabon in the Republic of South Africa, Botswana and Mozambique with residence in Pretoria.

  • 2009-2011: Ambassador of Gabon, Deputy Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.(Administrative management, coordination and control of the activities of the Foreign Office and Embassies…etc)

  • May 2007: Promoted as Inspector in charge of the Diplomatic and Consular Inspection(General Inspection of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs).(Monitoring and evaluation of the action of the Diplomatic missions and consulates…etc)

  • August 1998: Promoted as Head of the Department of Europe of Western Europe and of European Union(Coordinate and monitor policy issues and cooperation with European countries, prepare negotiations, meetings and political and strategic consultations, follow up the evolution of Gabon European Union partnership…etc)

  • November 1995: Promoted as Head of the Department of Protocol Administration(Protocol Administration, diplomatic and consular immunities and privileges, Ambassadors accreditation…etc)

  • 1994 : Transferred to the Department of Protocol – Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

  • September 1993: Integration into the Ministry of Civil Servants in the capacity of Counsellor of Foreign Affairs and transferred to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

  • Head of delegation of cut-off management missions, financial audit, monitoring and assessment of requirements in different Embassies of Gabon worlwidely (Paris, New York, Lomé, Luanda, Malabo, Abuja, Dakar, Geneva, Tripoli etc. from to 2008 to 2009);

  • Operational audit process in the central services (Libreville, March to July 2009);

  • Several time, member of the Gabonese delegation to the various sessions of the Joint Assembly of the ACP-EU States Group (Brussels,1998/ Bridgtetown,2006 / Vienna,2006);

  • Participation in the ad hoc committee of Gabon and France on “the movement of people” (Paris, January 2005) ;

  • Expert of the Gabonese delegation in the President of the Republic official visits (Oslo, 2001 / Berlin, 2005) ;

  • Participation in interministerial consultations between Gabon and Russia (Moscow-June 2002 / March-2005);

  • Involvement in the negotiations which has lead to the signing of the agreement between Gabon and the Holy See on the status of Catholic Education (Rome, 2001);

  • Participation in the seminars “Diplomatic Practise” at the International Institute of Public Administration (I.I.P.A.) in Paris (June-July 1998).
